Getting Started

  1. Choose Your Workout Type - Select weightlifting, cardio, or HIIT from the Start Workout menu
  2. Configure Your Session - Set up based on workout type (exercises, cardio type, or HIIT intervals)
  3. Track Your Progress - Log sets, intervals, or cardio metrics as you go
  4. Use the Timer - Rest timer for weights, interval timer for HIIT
  5. Review Your Results - End your workout to see the summary and any achievements
  6. Save as Template - Optionally save successful workouts for quick reuse
